What you sign.
This is the agreement you sign when you book us. We fill in your names, date, venue and the package you chose. The rest is here, word for word, so you can read it at your own pace before you get in touch.
You receive it as a PDF to sign. If you have a question about any clause, write to us and we will explain.

How a booking works
- 01You write to us, with the date and venue if you know them.
- 02We reply within 24 hours and tell you whether the date is free.
- 03We meet, in Malmö, in Copenhagen or online, and go through the day and the package.
- 04You receive the agreement as a PDF with everything filled in. Read, ask, sign.
- 05The booking fee of 5,000 SEK is paid, we confirm in writing, and the date is yours.
The terms
- 01
Booking
The date is reserved when the booking fee of 5,000 SEK has been received and we have confirmed it in writing. Until then we hold the date for you without obligation, for as long as the quote is valid.

The booking fee
It is deducted from the total and is not refundable. It covers the fact that we turn down every other enquiry for your date from the day you book.
- 03
Payment
The remainder is due 30 days before the wedding. The price in the agreement is fixed and will not change, whatever happens to our rates before then.

If you cancel
More than 6 months before the wedding, the booking fee is retained and nothing further is owed. Between 6 and 3 months: 25 percent of the total. Between 3 months and 30 days: 50 percent. Within 30 days: the full amount. Always tell us as early as you can, in writing.

If you move the date
You may move to another available date within 12 months once, at no cost, and the booking fee moves with you. If we are already booked on the new date, the cancellation terms above apply from the day you tell us.

If we cannot be there
In case of illness, accident or anything else outside our control, we find and pay for a photographer and filmmaker of equivalent standard. If that proves impossible, every payment you have made is refunded in full. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us.

Coverage on the day
The hours in your package are agreed in advance and start at the time we settle together. Extra hours can be arranged before or during the day, at a rate agreed in writing beforehand. On days longer than eight hours we ask to be fed alongside your other suppliers, so the coverage never stops for a break.

Copyright and use
We keep the copyright. You get an unlimited licence, for all time, to use, print and share everything we deliver in private contexts. We would like to show selected work in our portfolio, on parstudio.se and on Instagram. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will not, and nothing else in this agreement changes.

Delivery and archive
Files are delivered digitally and on a USB drive, and we keep a copy for 12 months after delivery. Download and back up your gallery in that time.

Law
Swedish law applies to this agreement. As consumers you keep every right consumer law gives you, in Sweden or in Denmark.
